Each visit is shaped to help you step out of a busy week and settle back into yourself, with calm, deliberate care.
Your visit begins before the treatment does. Lights are low, the lounge smells of vetiver and warm citrus, and a slow soundtrack replaces the noise of the day. A cup of herbal tea and a few quiet minutes let your breathing catch up with you.
Your therapist asks where you are holding tension, how much pressure you enjoy and what to avoid, then builds the session from your answers. Pressure, warmth and pace are adjusted as you go, and you can speak up at any moment.
Nothing is rushed at the end. Stay in your robe, move to the heated loungers or the thermal suite, and take the calm with you slowly. Every treatment room is reset between guests, so the next hour is never hurried into yours.

Senior esthetician
Camille leads our skin program. She trained in Paris and Miami, and builds every facial around a close skin analysis rather than a fixed routine.
Body ritual specialist
Tessa designs our polishes and wraps, and blends the house oils in small batches each week. Her after-sun ritual is a local summer favorite.
Thermal and sound host
Renee hosts the thermal suite and leads our sound and stillness sessions, guiding first-timers through the circuit with calm, practical care.

Arrive 15 minutes early. We will show you the lockers and lounge, offer tea and go over a short health form with you, then your therapist collects you from the lounge.
Eat lightly, stay hydrated and skip shaving for a day before body rituals. Tell us about allergies, injuries, medications or pregnancy when you book.
